This Refund Policy applies to aospguru subscriptions and digital learning access purchased through the platform.
Digital Content Access
aospguru provides digital learning content, including courses, technical blogs, Q&A, and related resources. Once premium access is activated, the subscription enables access to digital content for the validity period of the selected plan.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests may be reviewed when there is a duplicate payment, failed activation after successful payment, incorrect charge, or another genuine payment issue.
- Refund requests should be raised as soon as possible with the account email, payment ID, payment gateway, amount, and date of payment.
- Access usage, subscription activation, and payment provider status may be checked before a refund decision is made.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds may not be available after substantial use of premium digital content.
- Refunds may not be available for account sharing, misuse, violation of terms, or inability to use content due to unsupported personal device/browser configuration.
- Partial refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved after review.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. The final credit timeline depends on the payment gateway, bank, card network, or wallet provider.
